Psychic Lash40Pin a foe with a psychic attack. The target has it's speed reduced by 70% and it suffers 25 dps piercing for up to 8 seconds. The ability is channeled for 2 seconds. The Brother-Captain can't be knocked back for the duration. Range 30, 30 second cooldown. |
