Amongst the billions of creatures created by the Tyranid Hive Mind, there exists one as old as the Tyranid race itself, the ultimate conduit through which the Hive Mind's implacable will is enforced. This Swarmlord is to a Hive Tyrant what a Hive Tyrant is to a Termagant. It is a monster of darkest nightmare that has preyed on empires and overseen the extinction of entire civilisations.

Reduces the received ranged and melee damage, and received suppression of non-Warrior, non-hero Tyranids by 20%. Also increases Tyrant Guard speed by 1 and makes Rippers immune to suppression. Radius 32. Passive ability.

The Swarmlord harvests the enemies life force to restore his own health. For 10 seconds, enemy infantry in radius 32 are inflicted with 6 piercing damage every second without killing them. Every time a target takes damage, the Swarmlord regains 2 health. 60 second cooldown.

Blade Flurry

The Swarmlord unleashes his full power, dealing 200 melee damage and weapon knockback to enemies in a 220 degree cone of radius 10. 60 second cooldown.
