It is shared for all worship. It also adds 1.5 energy regen per second for daemons, and the health and energy regens are set as "exclusive", so they won't stack with the Nurgle health regen.

Well, it is piercing damage, and the Ogryns are super heavy infantry, which takes 30% damage from piercing. 185*.3=55.5.
Maybe that could explain it?

They don't damage at the outer edges. They pick up in a radius 10 and damage in a radius 4.
The final blast does damage up to a radius 11 though (185 piercing) and an added 500 inside radius 6, so the ogryns probably should have taken some damage...

I believe the courage damage is correct.
As for the projectile weapons (rocket, plasma cannon, etc.), I image that, since they detonate outside of the smoke, they deal full damage. Regular ranged burst weapons don't have a separate projectile.
